You’re wearing heals wrong! 😣

I used to wear heals everyday. I LOVED them! Super stylish and made me feel like the queen that I am.

Over the years I stopped wearing them and up until a year ago my feet would hurt just thinking about putting them on.

Then I found out I’m wearing them wrong! 🤦‍♀️ Here are the 3 tips I found that work so I can rock my heals again 🙌 ⠀

1. Invest in memory foam or sole inserts 👠 My favorite are Dr. Scholl's!

2. Tape your 3rd and 4th toe together. There is a nerve in between those toes that, when applied pressure, causes pain🦶

3. Use foot deodorant to reduce friction🧴Try Gold Bond it's the best!
