This agreement is made between the Client and the Vendor Team providing the Hair and Makeup Artist/Stylist ("Stylist").

Terms and Conditions

Preparation Requirements

All individuals receiving services must arrive with:

• Freshly washed and dried hair (no products applied).

• A clean face free of makeup or skincare products.

Touch-Ups

Touch-ups for the bridal party are not included unless explicitly agreed upon in advance and confirmed in writing by the Stylist.

Designated Service Area

The Client will provide a designated area with:

• Proper lighting and ventilation.

• Comfortable seating for individuals receiving services.

• Access to power outlets for styling tools.

 

Missed Appointments and Headcount Commitment

The Client is responsible for the agreed-upon number of individuals receiving services, as specified in the invoice.

• No refunds will be issued for missed appointments on the day of the event.

• Once the contract is signed, the total number of services cannot be reduced (e.g., if fewer individuals are available on the day of the wedding, the Client is still responsible for the full contracted amount).

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following:

• Cancellations made 2 weeks before the event will require payment of the full contracted amount.

• Additions or changes to services must be requested in writing and are subject to Stylist approval and availability.

Liability

The Stylist is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities caused by products used during services. It is the Client’s responsibility to communicate any known allergies or sensitivities in advance.

Timing and Schedule

Your Planner will provide a schedule for services, and the Client is responsible for ensuring all individuals arrive on time.

• Delays caused by late arrivals may result in incomplete services without refund.

Stylist Obligations

The Stylist will provide all necessary tools and products to perform agreed-upon services unless otherwise specified.
